I was referred to Gwynne by a friend. I was already divorced when my ex-wife served me with papers to amend our separation agreement. I contacted Gwynne right away and she got to work. She let me know that most of what was being asked was ridiculous, that helped me relax. Through several months Gwynne helped me clean up the weaker areas of my agreement and negotiated an agreement that is closely followed by me and my ex, without constant arguing. I can now relax knowing the custody schedule is on autopilot with no surprises. Through the years, especially during the uncertainty of COVID-19, Gwynne has been there to offer advice on how to handle little situations that have popped up. I needed a lawyer to advise me on probate matters
After a DNA test proved without a doubt who my father was, I was advised to go to the Plymouth Probate Court House to review the documents, not knowing what the papers truly meant, i ask for the lawyer of the day. The most caring attorney I have ever known
I was very lucky to have her as my attorney. She is strong, smart, and caring. She made sure she took care of all details so that I didn’t have to balance too much through a divorce process. She ensured I was always in the loop for everything. She has gone on to be my attorney for my personal will and estate planning. It’s such a relief to have her guide me through it. Gwynne Zisko is a unicorn. An absolutely mythical creature, so I thought. Good people, do exist. Selfless. She is NOT my lawyer, in full disclosure. My situation is serious. Highly Recommended Attorney
I highly recommend Attorney Zisko . First she gave the best answer to my question on AVVO by recommending a no trespassing order for my situation rather than a restraining order which requires imminent danger situation which was not the case but was recommended by 2 other attorney respondents. Second when I sent her a message regarding my situation she gave me a free 30 minute phone consultation clearly explaining my legal choices. I was willing to pay for further consultation but she explained that it would not be necessary at the moment but that she would be available to help if needed in the future.
